Disclaimer: I don't own any of these series, obviously.
I also suck at writing, so take that into account when reading.
I had good ideas for plots, I ignored all of them, and focused on this shit one instead. Quick disclaimer, this is not a Reader Story, and I don't give enough of a shit about RWBY as a plot to get him involved in it.
This is mainly a nerdy story about assumed ecology with some RWBY character interactions, mainly Huntsmen and Bandits. Also, no romance, which obviously means no harem, so get your horny asses outta here.

Monster Hunter When Fantasy Comes To Life
Probably one of the most successful video game franchises in recent years, Monster Hunter has always been a series that has captured the imagination of many people with its fantastical yet realistic creatures. From the scary Vaal Hazak to the goofy Kulu Ya Ku, every last monster is unique and creative in its own way. With each species filling an ecological niche in the environment it inhabits, it honestly feels like you're exploring a real ecosystem, even if the animals that populate it are imagined. However, what if these creatures didn't come from a video game? What if these monsters were real flesh and blood animals that lived in our world? Well in this book, we'll explore an alternate universe where the beasts from Monster Hunter evolved on Earth. What would the pressures of our reality do to them? Where would they live? How might they affect the environments, and the species that live there? Would they act differently from their digital counterparts? How might they affect our own evolution? These questions and many more will be answered in this book. So why don't you join me in this incredible and exciting look into a world of monsters. Note: I do not own the copyright to Monster Hunter or any of the pictures or videos seen here, all of these belong to their rightful owners. Also, this is not canon nor is it a book that should be taken seriously; it's completely fictional and made for fun. Unfortunately the threats to are wildlife are all too real, but so are the solutions. So if you want to help protect our world in real life, this book may just be able to help.Complete

With no memories of the last few hours before falling unconscious and waking up here you decide it's better to look for a way out through the dense forest. Rwby belongs to Rooster Teeth and Mounty Oum Some pieces of conceptual art featured here may be part of my ownership, and I will clarify those accordingly when and if they appear in the story. The Hidden Lives of Monsters
Anyone who has played any Monster Hunter game will have probably noticed at some point that the ways these so called "monsters" act are strangely familiar, with their behavior being more animalistic than monstrous. This is without a doubt the thing that separates this franchise from all other monster hunting games; the beasts we do battle with are little more than this world's versions of animals. Now it's no secret that we're familiar with the lives of the humans, felyns, and wyverians, as we spend a lot of time with them; however, what about the monsters? Do we really know what the lives of these fantastical animals are like? In this book, we'll be exploring the hidden lives of the monsters themselves and see the world through their eyes. We'll learn what their everyday lives are like, the challenges they must face to survive in their natural habitats, and even how they manage to more or less peacefully coexist with other creatures and civilization. So if you want to see what it's like to live as a monster, join me on this journey, and discover the hidden lives of monsters. Warning! Because nature can be very unforgiving, some of these stories may contain potentially upsetting content to some readers, with gore, violence, and mating being some of them. This book is supposed to give an accurate representation of monster lives, so despite not being present in the games for obvious reasons, the simple fact is that these less palatable things definitely do happen when nobody's looking. Finally, all pictures belong to their rightful owners.Complete![Forty Years of This [Monster Hunter World]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/299691092-256-k232333.jpg)
Forty Years of This [Monster Hunter World]
Direct crosspost from Ao3 This is an INTENSELY self indulgent prequel for the events of Monster Hunter World following the life of the Commander. Fic takes place from the First Fleet setting out and covers things like the Celestial Pursuit ending up on a mountain, the Scoutflies, the Seeker peacing out, the Research Base crash landing, and some other stuff I'm forgetting, and ends right before the opening sequence of the game. So if you like Monster Hunter, and for some reason you're not here for the monster part (why are we here? Where is the appeal beyond big monster?), we're here together. Ngl, I wrote this because he is 100% my OC's type, and I had brain worms until I wrote it all out. I'm freeeee! The PoV is from the Commander instead of said OC so we get to see more fun things than "oh god he's hot. Oh god I'm gay. Oh god." Instead we get stuff like "Woah cool bugs. Ha ha cute monsters! AH BIG MONSTER!" You're welcome. Fun fact: I played the game in French, so I have ZERO HANDLE on how their dialog sounds in English. *Finger guns and skates off into the sunset* *This is a grammatically LAX fic. We die like confused highschoolers before the AP English test.Complete
