It only got worse a few days after his sixth birthday party, not only was his face hearing up and his heart beating fast, he started to sweat more and ended up getting emotionally attached not wanting deku out of his site. Izuku had also had this feeling but since he was 4, he didn't think much of it until katsuki turned 6, after katsukis birthday party Izuku decided to ask his mother what the feeling was and she too just smiled.
