The land of Parsin seems to be a peaceful place where people of different hamlets, villages and cities mind their own business. Unbeknownst to many, not only the land north of the sea, Ashuban, has its own plans for Parsin, but there are also many other different hidden layers in Parsin where opposing powers fight one another without normal people noticing. Some of the wise refer to these hidden activities as Whispers of Parsin.

A young recluse named Caedmon lives deep within the woods of his home-kingdom, Scathliath, alongside his lupin companion. When a rival kingdom strikes, their prince making the rash decision to kidnap the Scathlian royals, he is forced out of peaceful solitude. Thrust into the limelight once again, Caedmon and the folk of his world are thrown into greater danger than they could ever have imagined as secrets of his past and lineage are unveiled. Along the way, he acquires the companionship and aid of Lazuli, a lost human, and Agaveah, a warrior nymph of old. The trio face all manner of foe, as well as the judgments of the gods, in a naïve attempt to piece together the fragments of Caedmon's life; past and future.
