"I huffed, "Pfft, demigods of the big three, please. I have golden blood. I'm rich, I could die, but I'm rich!"

15-year old, straight A student Alexandria Olympia always thought she had the normal life. She's always loved Greek mythology ever since she was a little girl, and her annoying twin brother, Julies, who loved Roman mythology when he was a little boy. And with all of those myths in her mind, she wished that she has more adventure in her life.

But things start to change when the new kid joins her school, who walks with crutches. Now she sees that the world is more different than she thought. Her eyes sparkle as the words from her books come to life, then reality sets in. New friends and foes both mortal and immortal, a mythological monster in every path, and true love just around the corner.

Maybe her life isn't as normal as she thought.

*to be edited: please excuse any continuity errors and / or mistakes in regards the writing quality of Hades* Ellie is just like every other normal eighteen year old girl in the world, except for one big reason. She's the daughter of Hades. And an immortal goddess in charge of managing suicide in the world. And she's been locked in the darkness of the Underworld for her entire life. So basically, her life couldn't get any more abnormal if she tried. Ellie longs to experience life like everybody else her age, but for as long as she can remember her parents haven't let her travel up to the surface, and she's been forced to imagine the upper world through the stories her mother told and the books she read. Until, one day, her parents finally give in and let her go up to the surface to see the world through her own eyes, and her world explodes with colour. Then, just when she thinks her life couldn't get more exciting, she stumbles across a very particular green-eyed god; one who throws her perfectly organised world into complete chaos and shows her what it means to live in the light. But what Ellie doesn't know, is that the Fates have a prophecy for her. A prophecy that she couldn't escape if she tried. A prophecy that has tangled it's gnarled fingers into the threads of her life, and may just throw the world into the darkness Ellie has spent her whole life trying to escape. "He's the son of Aphrodite, she's the daughter of Hades. He's light, she's the oncoming darkness. He advocates for love, she's the embodiment of death. What could possibly go wrong?" (Third book in the "Hades" series)

Psyche and Eros

43 Partes Concluida

Psyche's beauty has gained her great popularity in the worst way possible, leaving her at the mercy of Aphrodite, a vengeful Goddess that doesn't wish to be rivaled. With no prospects for marriage, her parents listen to an oracle and leave her on a hillside, doomed to be greeted by the monster meant to be her husband. Instead, she is greeted not by what she expected, but an unseen man, Eros, the God of love. He is ready to offer her a magical marriage, but it comes with a few conditions to hide her at all costs...and himself. Written mostly in the point of view of Psyche. Here is her full journey of fighting for the love of her life she didn't even know she wanted. *Read "The Wrath of Aphrodite", sequel to "The Love of Aprhodite," for Aphrodite's point of view.
