In the year **** the empress delmaia claimed the throne at the age of 18 from her mother and reined for 25 years, she made the empire thrive and prosper without the use of violence and war its was a peaceful time for both noble and common people which were both treated fairy by the law, work status and resources she appointed 24 trusted, loyal governor ministers each of them govern a country under her name, she also has each of them has their own department to do the job they were assigned. Anyone can become a minister once they have the knowledge and experience to do so.
