"When we catch a criminal, there's nothing we can do but play Cops and Robbers."

The story takes place in the year 1980. In this particular year, roams ability users called 'conjurors' in London. It's also a foreign officer's first day there for a mission and he has already encountered one of the most dangerous conjurors in the city. Both enemies -soon to be rivals- are stuck with working together to face challenges or else it'll cost them London's safety. 

This is a story about their deep and confusing relationship throughout saving London from a major catastrophe.

Alex Rubium is a normal teenager who goes to college. He is dealing with the stress of work, all cramped up, not to mention how much he and his best friend struggle to fit in with others. To add salt into the wound, recently, strange things have been happening to him. After an encounter with an escaped wolf/falcon hybrid named Wolfalco, he notices that he might have a superpower. Actually, he does. He can repel or attract things with his hands, solid OR liquid. So, now that he has these powers, while he does want to hide them from people, he also wants to experiment with them. So, he creates himself an alter ego, Attracopel! A vigilante of London. Unfortunately, the police aren't that happy with the existence of a vigilante, and want to arrest Attracopel, despite all the help he is trying to give. The police chief seems especially determined to get rid of him... It becomes apparent that London is in danger. There are vicious attacks happening everywhere, crime rates increasing and it seems like shit has hit the fan. Alex/Attracopel needs to step up, but keep his two lives separate. Can he deal with all of this stress at once? Or will London fall into anarchy?

London Hills was a teenager and not a regular one. London Hills was homeless, she normally crashed at her friend's house. London Hills is also a thief, a person who steals from those in her line of sight. She pays gangs and dangerous people near her to stay off her back and to protect her and she has put a few people in the hospital for working on her few blocks. So yeah, she wasn't a regular teenager. One day though, she was very successful and got about seven wallets and a lot of cash from one group of guys. She easily got into an ATM and cashed out the cards, and what she wasn't banking on was that the wallets she stole belonged to one of the most gruesome gangs. So when the leader found out that the person who robbed him was a small teenage girl, he to see her in person while she wasn't lifting his cash. However, no one was betting on the fact that he just might love her and she just might like someone too. No one ever thought that a story that started out so carefree would turn so sad and ugly. Everyone has a past... So who's is darker? London's? The girl who appears to be a mere thief, just getting by. Brandon's? A gruesome gang leader who works with the mafia. The most important question though.... What happened to London to make her leave a nice home, avoid the police, and live on the streets? Long ago a group of superheroes and villains worked together to prevent an invasion. But they managed to kill more people than they saved. Their destruction caused the perception of those with powers to dramatically shift; to the point of outcast. 50 years later crime as only increased to the point where not even the police respond to calls. Few heroes went into hiding to 'play normal'; like my family and I. I live in New Haven City. I've been lucky enough that I don't have powers that attract too much attention --- Everything was going great. Everything was normal. Until Jamie was forced to confront the reality of her situation. The mayor who has been running the NSA was beginning to take drastic measures. Sending many supers off to another island. Stealing their powers. Forcing others to betray their own kind. The victims of these horrific acts are not taking that lightly. Why not make a team of heroes? A team that doesnt give a shit what the NSA or the Mayor has to say. Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious? I guess that makes me a Supervillain with minor time travel superpowers and a huge crush on a not so powerful Superhero? And all you have to do is protect yourself and everyone you love from your ex best friend/sidekick --because let's face it that's the highest level of praise for a wretched traitor here--and you also have to get out of Super Holding somehow? What could go wrong? Right?
