Pokemon: The Infection

Years have passed by since Ash was in Kalos. Clement and Bonnie have been doing well. Clement's been doing well as a gym leader and Bonnie managed to keep Dedenne. After a hard fougt battle, Clement and Bonnie are given the news of a new virus in Lumiose City.

People in Lumious City have been getting infected with some strange virus. They're being fused with their pokemon, with a 50/50 chance of being sane or feral. Clement, within the mess of trying to keep him and his sister alive, finds out Bonnie is infected.

After a breach in the tower, Clement is forced to leave without Bonnie. Bonnie, now left alone in danger, has to find a way to survive the newly infected world. Clement meanwhile sets out to find an antidote.
