What if to rival the powers of Excalibur the first Lucifer had created a blade, during the Great War. What if a young brunette had gotten it? What if he was not of any of the three factions but just a mere human. How would it change the dynamic between the three factions?Or was his destiny completely different?

This is a High School Dxd Story.
In this story, Issei has Albion rather than Ddraig. Also, he is smart, and when I say smart I mean 188 IQ smart.
