A world without technology is a haunting idea. But in the Last Blackout, that is the reality. Stark and Spitz journey through a Philadelphia that has not only lost every ounce of electricity but has also experienced its fair share of destruction and violence. The two travel on their own journeys as they try to survive and fix some of the worst elements of this new, foreign world.
