Charlie always dreamed of a grand adventure - of saving her planet. It was why she signed up to be one of the few to traverse across the vastness of space in a ship she'd only heard stories of as a child. The journey taking five years was only a small price to pay for the chance at bringing salvation back to Earth. But when she arrives at the place she thought would be the answer to all of Earth's problems, she finds new problems are waiting for her in the form of very big territorial alien beasts - who seem to take an unhealthy interest in her.
