My name is Kara Danvers. When I was 13, I lost my parents in a tragic lab accident, but I was lucky enough to be adopted by the Danvers family. Now, at 16 and a junior in high school, I thrive in basketball, playing alongside my older sister, Alex. She's to take care of their youngest daughter Lena, who's been forced to move back in with her mother after a devastating explosion at her job, causing multiple fatalities and her brother's incarceration, nearly killed her too.
