Will of the Wisps
Peace has been restored to Megapolis after the harrowing defeat of the Lady Bone Demon, thanks to the Monkie Kid and his promiscuous friends. With serenity afoot, the demons have fled to the shadows with the idea of Immortals known to the mortal eye. Months have passed, with very little happening and the world at rest, until sudden danger lurks around the corner. Word begins to pick up on the local news of a mysterious substance called "Decay" spreading from island to island off the coast of China-seemingly turning whatever it touches to stone, killing life around it and which, seemingly, cannot be broken, no matter the holy weapon or the power of a vengeful god. Nobody knows of the source of this material, nor does anyone know how to stop the spread of it, causing a tangent of irked fear to fill the public's hearts of the unknown. That is, until one fateful and pouring evening amid April, when a duo of unexpected and unfamiliar faces-a tiny owlet with a deformed wing and a bipedal white feline-stumble into the humble abode of "Pigsy's Noodle Shop," determined to fulfill their quest of stopping the spreading Decay by recruiting others to help them on their mission. What lurks beyond Megapolis in newfound terrain is all but a mystery none know about, and with the help of familiar faces, and new ones, to prevent the world from becoming a crippling statue, it is up to our heroes to brave the new frontier and cure the plague of Decay. The damage has been done. Red Son's parents kick him out of their home, leaving him to fend for himself with only the few things he can fit into his small backpack. However, all hope might not be lost, considering the fact that a certain Noodle Boy will not leave him alone until Red Son lets MK help him. - This is my first fan fiction so I'm sorry in advance if it's cringy. Also, I will try my best with grammar and spelling so please bear with me. - The perspective of the chapters will swap between MK and Red Son throughout the story, but they won't have a constant order. Hi, my name's Y/n, and I'm a huge fan of the show Lego Monkie Kid, and let me tell you about the moment that changed my life. LITERALLY! It all happened on a dark and stormy night. Not really, I'm just being dramatic for the effect.I went to school that day, and like always, I was laughed at and ignored for liking "childish" stuff, and when I tried to makes friends, I would always end up coming on people too strong, and I was always made fun of for liking what I like. And because people tell me I act like a child as well. It happened when I was heading home that day. I heard a woman scream and saw her getting robbed. So, I ran to help her, but I was stabbed in the process. I was then left to die and bled out. But when I woke up, I was a small child, covered in mud, standing on a mountain, and in front of me was Sun Wukong, the Monkey King, who I called Baba. And that's when I discovered that I had reincarnated in the LMK world. And from that point, I made friends, a family, and Redson trying to courtnap me every chance he gets. Maybe it's the curves I got, but I couldn't help but like him back. (A/n-Just like my other LMK books, Y/n in here has not seen season 5)
