My whole life was normal. Nothing out of the ordinary for how things are. This whole time I thought I was like everyone else. Little did I know how wrong I was. How my whole life was a complete lie. I would have never thought I would be running with two people I barely knew that swore their job was to keep me safe From the ones that were after us and a psycho ex that would literally do anything to make me love him. How I would like to go back to how things once were but that ship has sailed. My life now is jumping from planet to planet never staying in one place for too long.

My lungs and muscles burned. Everything in my body begging me to stop but I had to keep moving. I had to get away. I rather die than go back to that lab but this building was a maze! Never ending hallways and big metal sliding doors that you see in space movies. All I could hear was the patter of my bare feet, heavy breathing, and my heart beating in my ears. "Hey!!! Stop her! Whatever you do, do NOT let her get away!!" A man yelled after me but I couldn't look back. Even as I heard the whoosh of metal doors opening and the thudding of boots chasing after me.Complete
The Ziliazer
I never thought I would be lucky enough to go to space but I got the chance...by being selected to be a snack for an alien race. Loaded on to a ship headed to towards my certain death, things take a turn, and we are hurtling into a planet. Things looked grim, with injuries left and right and wildlife that want to kill us until we are found by a party of ziliazers, a spider-like people and a deal was struck. I hope things will get better from here but there is so much more going on in this world than I know.

I have a secret that I don't share with most. I've been swept up into something bigger than anything I could ever imagine, and now I'm involved with more than just this one world. Our universe is bigger and more amazing than anyone realizes. Reality is merely subjective; we judge it based on what we experience and perceive, even when others do not share the same experiences. "Are you coming to bed firefly?" He says to me laying his hands over my waist joining me in looking over the city. "I want to look out for a little longer if that is alright?" I mumble hoping that he heard me anyways, I wasn't ready to walk into that bedroom, and I don't think I ever would be. "Of course, I'll be getting ready for bed, come in whenever you are ready." He says confidently and walks away leaving my waist cold something for which I am grateful. Especially when my mind burns with other more dangerous thoughts. The warmth that forever lingers in the air, never burning the skin, but always reminding about what is around us. I force air into my lungs feeling the unexpected warmth fill me. He stands in the room watching me even though he said he was getting ready for bed. He is worried about me, about me jumping. I have contemplated it I will admit, but he would stop me before I fell even two feet. I was stuck, and no one could save me. Not even myself, my fucking weak self. His presence is demanding no matter where we are, but right now I could sense everything about him, and I try to suppress the unwanted feelings that curl right under my skin. "Firefly? About done?" He calls out and I release my hand from the guard rail not realizing that as I looked at the lights that covered the shining city with the falling fire in the background that my subconscious was thinking about how nice it would be... how relieving it would be... to just fall. True freedom. I take a step back and wrap my hands together turning around to a fully clothed unchanged man and nod once. I could see the fear in his eyes that I would, he knows if he gave me the chance... I wasn't ready for this, but I had to survive. No matter what.
