Madeleine, est une adolescente de seize ans, qui se bat au quotidien contre ses démons intérieurs. Elle souffre d'hyperphagie et de boulimie. Elle enchaîne les rechutes les unes après les autres. Une soirée, lors d'une nouvelle retombée, elle décide que s'en est trop, elle veut en finir avec sa vie. Malheureusement pour elle, son suicide ne se déroule pas comme elle l'avait imaginé. Au lieu de mourir, elle se retrouve prisonnière d'un autre corps, celui d'un garçon atteint d'anorexie sévère. 
Comment se fait-il qu'elle ne soit pas morte ? Que son âme ne soit pas montée au ciel ? Mais dans la conscience de ce garçon. Va t'elle pouvoir réussir à faire face à un trouble encore différent du sien ? Va t'elle pouvoir sauver cet individu, à l'esprit torturé ? L'empêcher de commettre la même erreur qu'elle.

The bad boy starts getting me involved? A new group of friends? What happens when things start to turn over for Chloe? She becomes more confident and gains more trust. But as the same time she cracks. It's a bumpy ride but she has plenty of help along the way- lets just hope her brothers don't interfere to much on the ride.
