Beta - Second ranked of the three groups. Only females can reproduce. Do not have much sexual attraction when it comes to alphas.
Omega - The lowest of the group. Both males and females are able to reproduce. They have a strong attraction to alphas. Go through heat. Releases a lot of pheromones. Usually sought spouses for nobles, mainly alphas.
