Trolls Band Together and these two have such a chokehold on me it's not even funny. Uhh anyway, a few quick notes- Lil Josie, or Josephine, is an OC, but she existed during the 1920's-30's era of Mt Rageous. I have a silly AU(where this fic takes place), that all Mount Rageons have this silly critter form called a Hydra, and the extremely large ones are called Dame Hydras. A Dame Hydra can be born of multiple factors, the most common being strong emotional bouts. Josephine experienced grief and misery so strong her Dame went to become the largest ever recorded Dame Hydra and she also destroyed a good half of Mt Rageous in her wrath. She then got put to sleep by some powerful combination note of every type of music performed by trolls representing their kingdoms.

I know that George_beard is currently writing Trolls: Out of this World, where the trolls come to our world, but I just want to say, I'm not trying to copy that. This I was thinking more about the Smurfs movie, where the Smurfs come to our world, except trolls! 😁 I just like the concept of it, and I'm not putting any sceans from Jaiden's version. Slowly, they become the most famous singers in all of Mount Rageous. They're also not teenagers in the later chapters. I'll say when. This one is kind of graphic. There's a lot more angst in this. Also, Veneer and Velvet's parents aren't dead like in my other fanfic. Veneer is the more likable twin of the two. He was bullied by a small group of kids though. They were just always jealous that the teachers liked him. He was always the "teachers pet." Veneer never disrespected the teachers. He just never liked being mean for no reason. Was pretty shy as a kid. Now that he's older, he's got some sass, due to his sister. He loves cooking and gardening with his mother. His father doesn't love him that much because he's more "girly" than most guys. Velvet, the less likable twin. She has quite a few friends. Of course, she brings Veneer along with her. She doesn't want her brother to be alone. She would never let anyone hurt her brother. She was a horrible singer until she started getting classes. She's a spoiled brat but loving to her brother. She absolutely hates her mother. She was always the pretty twin. She was a model ever since she was young. Kid Ritz was more of a loner. He never had any true friends. He had one that did awful things to him when he was younger and vulnerable. He loved playing the Cello. He also loves talking to others, not for very long though usually. He's never really had anyone to help him when he struggled in school. No one to cry on or rely on. He's also always loved reading. He just goes to a whole other world whenever he reads. That's the only he can really escape from all the negativity around him. Also, this will have mentions of SH, abuse, bullying, sexual things, groping, underage drinking, sexual abuse, neglect, substance abuse, and heavy drinking.Complete

You're the first troll for them to use as trail and error the talent extraction process... || I absolutely adore Floyd as a character and I always find it so difficult to find x reader stories that aren't fem oriented </3 (nothing wrong with that! I just personally can't read them comfortably) so I wanted to make a gender neutral one so everyone can read comfortably. If I ever mess up w prns pls lmk, I am used to using he/they as descriptors so if I accidentally use he call me out! 🙏 Clearly I do not own any of the Trolls movies or characters, that goes to Dreamworks! I'm just inserting you into the scenes and adding stuff of my own! Also the span of this story is the entire 2 months Floyd was trapped (partially during the world tour time frame.) and afterwards.
