Annie has always felt as though she's missing something that the rest of the world seems to have. She's not funny and charismatic like her cousins, or sweet and clever like her best friend, Simon. And of course, she could never even dream of comparing to her sister Emma, the actual personification of perfection.
But there is one thing that Annie has that the others don't, and that's a deep, dark secret, one that if anyone were to ever learn of, it would destroy everything that she has ever cared for. And unfortunately for her, the Crown Princess has made it her life's mission to uncover this potentially life ruining secret........

The fate of the kingdom weighs heavily on Rapunzel's shoulders and Varian's past weighs heavily on his. Both have to face their inner demons and mistakes in order to save everyone from a threat that's much bigger than Corona.
