It's been years since the first Decade. Destroyer of Worlds & Savior to all lives from conflict or battle. In his final chapter of saving one world, he gave Saber Ridewatch to Sougo after he was defeated by Ohma Zi-O as all seven timelines were restored, a new generation emerged. A boy, Sora Kadoya, wanted nothing but normal lives and had difficult times with his own shame & failure, he and his friend, Sheila Hikari, were dragged into monsters from different worlds as familiar device from the dream Sheila had as she had no choice but to pass it to him as he now inherits the power of previous user and becomes Kamen Rider Decade as they now end up travel to other worlds to destroy & save lives.
