As the thunder roared, she stuck the knife deep in his neck. The bright blood splattered, followed by regrets. She was frozen for a while. The lightning struck once again and she saw his round eyes staring back at her. His gaze was as cold as his body. She ran. The law was trailing her but not him. She should've stayed home.
