Anjila, a high school art teacher, finds out on her 26th birthday that her mother had left a beach house, an apartment in the city, a few nice cars, and 25 million dollars as inheritance for her. The only catch? She has to be married before she turns 27 to receive it.

Jay, a high school economics and business teacher, also working at the same high school as Anjila thought she was done with relationships. Her last break up was 6 years ago and it took her 4 years to get over it. After going through therapy, she is finally ready to settle down and find the one. No games, no messing around, she just wants to find the one. At almost 32 years old she doesn't have time for games or sleeping around. But, she hears about Anjila's predicament and together they come up with an arrangement that will allow Anjila to claim her inheritance. But will they catch feelings in the process?
