As within, so without. - Hermetic Saying I had the thought that "you look radiant" is the favourite compliment related to physical appearance I've ever heard because it sounds genuine. You're telling me that I glow with so much positive expression, you can't help but notice it. Other than that, I tend to deflect or flat out not believe compliments I'm told about myself, mainly those about my personality. I believe my appearance is just something I was given, and complimenting me about it like I made it, is a waste of time. I got the idea to write this book because I struggle with a negative self image, and it's stopping me from growing into my dream self. Poetry has helped me deal with personal issues, and now I'm using it for this one. If this is something you struggle with, you're welcome to join me on this journey. I hope we come out better at the other side. 💗

WARNING: Some pieces may contain triggers for those who struggle with any form of depression or self harm. Please read with caution. I will often rearrange the chapters in the way I see fit, so please be patient and keep that in mind. This is my first attempt at poetry. It will consist of shit that I've gone through/dealt with and ramblings from my screwed up mind. These works are purely fictional and not meant to be taken literally.
