At a young age, Izuku was born in the city of Memphis his mom and dad made a deal that he'd live her for a few years, move with his to Japan, and choose he'd love to go when he turned 16 but fate had other things in mind Izuku's dad got fired for being involved with a huge scam and is currently in jail izuku was sent to his mother back in Memphis.
