In a world of military warfare, it's only natural that something supernatural has to occur that the government decided would be best to hide until the ugly truth came to the surface and the damage had been done. And of course, it has to be a brain latching parasite that infects the population and creates an army of the undead that is hungry for human flesh and the warmth it provides their cold, undead hearts.
It seems as though no one can ever catch a break.
Such is the case for you, a vicious cutthroat former U.S. military soldier who had joined a taskforce some time ago and had an idea of this before it went haywire. You and your comrades had been investigating into the government went it had all gone down, and now you are desperate to try and escape before the undead latches themselves onto you. The only problem?
You are stuck in the U.S. trying to fight your way back to your station in Britain.
Will you and your comrades be able to make it back, or will the parasite slowly invade your senses until it completely takes over?

No could figure out at first how and where it came from or how even spread so quickly. I was on leave, visiting brother in Boston when the infection hit.
