The "Deadly Commandment Project" is an experiment that was supposed to give a person the same powers as the seven deadly sins and ten commandments. Unfortunately for the scientists all failed, until they tested the last kid and shockingly he passed the procedure. 

To make sure nothing bad happened they gave him the DNA of the other races. They also decided to implant 7 hearts into him so he couldn't die easily and as a extra safety measure they cursed him with immortality, so he couldn't die at all.

However they didn't think of what would happen if he escaped, which he succeeded in doing. After that he ran until he was out of breath and passed out in front of a tavern called the Boar Hat

P.S: I just finished watching Seven Deadly Sins, so I have complete info on it
