Mario and luigi were a duo of plumbers and brothers, Mario being more head strong then luigi, who was often shy and being literally dragged around by Mario into dangerous situations

but one day, after being brought to work on underground to fix a water main, the two brothers were transported through a mysterious pipe to a strange world, where Mario and luigi were separated

Mario fell to the mushroom kingdom, a bright and joyful place ruled by princess peach, a kind ruler who was favored by her people, Luigi on the other hand, fell to the dark lands, a dark and terrifying place ruled by bowser, who was feared by his people

Bowser had been after princess peach for awhile now, only to be rejected everytime he confessed, so he believed if he found the star, princess peach will love him, and if she doesn't, he will threaten the mushroom kingdom and its people

Or at least, that was his plan, until he met luigi. . .

Luigi and bowser get closer, and they're both forced to make choices they never would have imagined. . .
