While driving back home from holidays, Karla Klein and her family are involved in a car accident. The result leaves the family broken. The schnauzer pup swears to never sing again on her mother's grave. A year later the Moon theatre, at the brink of foreclosure, release flyers for a singing competition across town and one lands at Karla's feet, quiet literally.

Will she go through with the audition?
