Sam and Dean Winchester have settled down in Ashland, Oregon nearly four years after ending their on-the-road hunting 'business.' Dean has married twenty-seven year old pathologist, Nia Akili. Nia's best friend is Remiel Westin, who used to work for a small federal department called the "X-Files Department of Federal Investigation." Sam is infatuated with Remiel, his love kept ablaze by an encounter four years before. However, Castiel has fallen in love and married Remiel, causing tension between him and Sam.
This is a story of love and happiness, sadness and loss, and the ending and beginning of life.
