Fresh out of college with her PhD in Psychology, Tiffany Dawson is now on the lookout for a new job as a Psychiatrist in her home town Portland, Oregon. Tiffany was destined to become a Psychiatrist after the brutal murder of her mother 15 years ago. What seems like a miracle, Tiffany lands herself a job at the Darren Central Insane Asylum where she works with "psychotic" patients. One day, a deranged killer by the name of Tony Carter gets admitted; the psychiatrists there are terrified to work with him and the last one available to help is Tiffany Dawson. As they work with each other a LOT is uncovered and they actually have a much darker history together than they both realize.
