Demersus - submerged/to sink
In an under water society being ravaged by humans and ocean acidification. Demersus, a member of this society, believed that he could save his kind from this atrocity. But, as the years drag on, and there's no solution in sight. He wonders if there if there's even a point to trying.

Ocean acidification is a real environmental issue. More and more carbon dioxide fumes are pumped into our atmosphere every year from factories, cars, and many other man-made productions. More than our planet was made to handle. Our ocean absorbs the oxygen and carbon dioxide from our atmosphere, but the inflation of carbon dioxide is causing sea water to become more acid than sea water.

Angiela Seafela, a librarian stuck inside a mansion alongside other friends due to an infection. After going through their day, they realized something was wrong. The infection weakened her but it seemed that they could cure it. There is a way! But in order to stop the infection, it required a sacrifice.
