Orm, the daughter of a loyal servant, lived in the shadows of Ling's world, bound by duty and quiet submission. Despite sharing the same house and attending the same elite school, they were nothing alike. Ling saw Orm as nothing more than an unwelcome presence, a constant reminder of the divide between them. Orm, on the other hand, had long learned to endure Ling's scorn, swallowing her emotions and accepting her place as the silent observer in Ling's perfect life. But when a fateful decision binds them together in an unbreakable contract-an arranged marriage neither of them wants-resentment and buried emotions begin to surface.

Will she take the chance or pass it up? Will she be able to let go of her rage and live her own life? Will she stay in the past or move on with her life? What decisions will Kirah make on her path to vengeance?

Orm didn't believe she could ever lose Lingling, until well, she realised she was about to lose Lingling. A story with some angst, some humor and lots of love. Please, let's ship mindfully and let's attempt to stay out of the psych ward. There might be references to actual events/situations that happened in real life, but again, this is all fiction.
