The Weight of What We Know

Margot Allen is starting her new internship at one of the biggest trading companies worldwide. Although she has no passion for this career path, she takes the job in honor of her dead mother whose one dream was to see her become wealthy and successful. Everything is looking up for her. She has just landed the internship, moved into a nice, expensive apartment, and begun to make a name for herself. During her first week in her new home, she gets into an altercation with her neighbor across the hall. What she doesn't know, and finds out the next day, is that this neighbor is Miles Warner, her new boss and her high school bully. Miles becomes amused by Margot and decides to make her his personal assistant to spite her. She soon gets roped into a scheme by Miles and his publicist and is forced to be Miles' fake girlfriend in order to make the company look good.
