Raina is a werewolf taken from her home at a young age and forced to fight in a war that would use her as a war dog. After seven years of mental and physical trauma, the base she was held in was infiltrated by a mysterious group of soldiers; Raina was found unconscious, bloodied, and battered, bound by silver chains that had burned her skin. She has now been admitted to the medical ward of a base in the snowy tundra of what was known as Alaska before the war. Although Raina is now safe, she has shown signs of aggression and has lashed out, biting other residents; due to this, she has been ordered a muzzle when out of her apartment and off base. This may be difficult, but her assigned emotional companion, Draco Dusklow, believes he can help even with the risk of harm to himself.
