The year is 2025, and the world is still recovering from the aftermath of Endgame. Nick Fury returns to Earth to find new superhero teams emerging, such as the New Avengers, the Young Avengers, and the New Guardians of the Galaxy. But he knows that they are not enough to face the looming dangers that threaten the universe. He needs someone who can lead a new team of heroes, someone who has the blood of two legendary people: Agent Destiny Perez and Colonel Puerto Rico. He needs Andrea Perez, an 18-year-old archer with unparalleled accuracy. She accepts his challenge and recruits her own team of superheroes: The Visionaries.
