Cold metal pressed against his body. He tried to move and the chains rubbed unpleasantly against his hands. A grinding sound reached his ear. He backed away slowly. A cold shiver ran down his spine and a feeling of disgust, which arose as soon as he felt anything like fear, poisoned his guts. He stared into the darkness, trying to make out anyone or anything there. And on closer inspection, was there a shadow just peeling out of the darker part of the far corner? He asked himself and naked fear flashed through his body. Slowly, Hiccup recognised the outline of a muscular man. He backed further away and swallowed. The figure was wrapped in a long cloak. The hood hung low over his face. Hiccup could barely make out the outline of the face. The phantom drew its sword, decorated with drops of blood, which gleamed dully in the sparse light, and pointed it menacingly at Hiccup.
This is the English Version of my german Story Splitter. As I am the author of the German Version, I'm allowed to translate it into english language and publish it again, so that much more Reader can enjoy my work. ;D

You were just with your other friends and some other dragons playing Air Kick Ball while in the air. you and your friend Khailem the grungel were winning and about to make another goal. then that's when it happened, 3 Viking ships landed on our island and started shooting arrows at us. you quickly flew over to your parents and Khailem and other dragons started to fire back at them, protecting us. My mother quickly took me and my sister away as my father fought. we were almost to the hidden hideout. then a knet came out of no were and we got caught. we fell to the ground as Vikings surrendered us. i was frightened about what was going to happen to us. Our mother tried to protect us, but they shot a arrow at her head and died. they did the same thing to my sister. i cried in tears which caught their attention. they whispered to each other and then one walked up to me and said. "Today is your lucky day freak, you will be on sell." i tried to back away from him as much as i could, but there was no use. they dragged me from the knets to their ship as i was to scared to fight them.Complete
A Runaways Resolve, A Dragon Master's Legacy
You have likely seen it all before, Hiccup gets chosen to kill the Monstrous Nightmare but instead of staying to try and prove to his village dragons aren't the monsters they think they are, he leaves. Abandons the world he knows for a world of possibility, a world where he can be him, be free. What if he is one day discovered by a group of dragon riders and chose to join them as they had adventure after adventure. It would be a good life but of course it would never stay so happy, things would change sometimes for the better sometimes for worse. Old scars would surface, old lives reappear and new faces vanish, how would this affect him. Well shall we find out? I don't own the How To Train Your Dragon franchise of course and this is all done for fun. You know the legal stuff. I also don't own the image, I got it off of google as one could expect. For now the story isn't Mature though this may change in the future as I continue so I will make sure to change that if it becomes necessary, just an early warning just in case I break a guideline.

This island is were the baby grew and found herself with mixed feelings for the dragon beast and for a certain boy, rather the Chiefs son.
