A boy loses his whole family in a car crash. His uncle does not want him. He moves in with his best friend and his best friend's older brother. The girlfriend does not like either of the younger boys. She goes out of her way to torment them. The boy will suffer from anxiety, depression, and grief. 

The older brother will step up and try to be a father figure to both boys. He will do everything to protect them. There will be a lot of secrets in this story.
