Eirny is a 16-year-old young woman who is Scandinavian. She doesn't know that she has the power to heal others. And when she meets Askar for the first time her life changes forever. Who knew a woman like Eirny could ever be so powerful? Her fiery temper always gets the best of Eirny. She hates Askar with a passion, she despises Askar. She falls in love with Dane, but Askar shows her proof of what Eirny thought were lies. Her heart gets severely broken, but Askar is there to pick her up on her feet.
Bells is secretly a werewolf, and once she meets Askar, she knows he's not human, she can't help but wonder who he is, wanting to get to know him. It helps her loneliness when she realizes she has someone who can relate to her difficulties. But she doesn't appear until later in the chapters.
Dane is a messed-up football player, who tends to be abusive, he loves Eirny, but all he wants from her is sex, and her hurting. Once his abuse gets even more dangerous, he still can't see what he is doing is wrong. You will see his viewpoint later in the chapters as well.
