March 2024 edit: I am not that proud of how the first few chapters turned out and I would prefer to rewrite them some time. They are not my *best* work, but they are not that bad. I just wish I could have improved them.

It's been 7Β½ years since the last story. Everything is going well, perfect, if you might say- Sid has finished college and is finally getting a career started, Sydney has a small job in mechanics and is now getting along with Zuzu, and Peter exists.
But something's.. off. Not off, but.. off? It's everything that Sid's worked for, they deserve this, but.. it's just off.
It doesn't help that it's back. The.. feeling. It's back. It's not good. It feels worse.
It'll be okay. They can do this, Sid can do this. Everyone. Will be okay.

Who was my family? Where are my friends? Why am I here? This story takes place in an alternate timeline to the Changed video game, but everything remains practically the same. It takes inspiration from Awful Hospital: Seriously the Worst Ever, and combines it with my writing style. This story tries to put aside the transformation fetish aspect of the original game to provide a solid story. Meet our protagonist, you should probably know the drill by now: They awoke at a facility. Weird furry things are trying their best to catch him, but unlike the last person that tried to survive in this facility, he's been lucky enough to have come across several tools to help him out. The story is told through the entries and sketches our protagonist uses to remain calm. This story contains slightly-gratuitous coarse language from our protagonist every so often. A Tale of Mischief and Mutants
When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse.
