On the eve of Izuku Midoriya's quirk appointment, his estranged father makes a sudden appearance, claiming to want to connect with his son. Then Izuku is declared quirkless, resulting in a tragic loss the boy could never have expected and the revelation that his father is not who he seems. A few years later, Izuku is given to a group of villains to become a subject of inhuman experiments.
After so many years of pain, he can hardly believe it when he is finally rescued. But will Izuku be able to heal and move on, or will he forever be defined by the destiny the villains laid out for him?

Falling (Depressed Deku Fanfic) (COMPLETE)
Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He needs someone so badly. But what if there isn't anybody to help Midoriya? How will Midoriya cope when someone close to him dies right in his arms? Warning! This story will contain depression, suicide talk, torture (not explained explicitly), violence, and a whole lot of angst! Also, this story won't contain any ships.
