Most of his time was spent in his office dealing with paperwork or attending meetings. This created a strain on his relationship with his husband, who felt neglected due to Jack's dedication to his job. Unfortunately, on the day when the United Nations was scheduled to visit Overwatch, Jack fell ill. But Jack couldn't afford to take a day off, given the importance of the visit so he does what any Strike-Commander would do.
