A society where the government rules with an iron fist, genetic modifications became the norm. With these modifications, the governing body separates each person into different categories based on the abilities they gain, including heroes or villains. Karma Graves, a 20 year old male, came from a long line of Heroes but when given his modifications, he was placed as a Villain. Now he understands just how mistreated Villains are and has a choice to either fall in line and be a criminal or to rebel and protect the misunderstood outcasts. What truly makes a Hero? This is further proven by the sudden appearance of enhanced individuals nicknamed "Blights," which single-handedly explains the general consensus about them. Hated and oppressed, Blights have had their backs against the wall for decades. Teenager Liam Wang must learn how to juggle both his civilian life and the life of his super-powered, crime-fighting persona "Narukami" and all that comes with it.
