Madi is a 29 year old animal conservationist with too many air miles to count. Flying between Vancouver and Auckland on a regular basis has made it a lot more enjoyable than anyone should be with 14 hour flights but it's the only time Madi has to fully unwind.

After a terrifying few years, Madi's life seems to be stuck in a constant rotation between hospital check ups, flights and putting on her happy smile to keep everyone who cares about her convinced that everything is fine. But the truth is, it isn't. And Madi isn't sure it ever will be.

Noah Allard is hunting for a sign there is more to life than his disappointing job as a hospital doctor, his gold digger fiancée and his parents' over bearing need for him to succeed. With one secret 3 week trip booked to New Zealand, Noah is hoping his trip will give him the sign he's looking for. Either there is more to life than what he has, or he's got the best of the best right in his hands.

So what happens when that sign comes in the shape of an overly talkative brunette offering him her hand whilst she calms his flight anxiety like it's jumping in a puddle?
