Three maids of the highest "quality" serve three of the most important Devil Houses. These three are also the founders of the underworld version of a union for all maids, known as The Maid Council, ironically one of the most influential groups in the underworld. Not only is the Maid Council a negotiation body, but they're also a high-ranking force in Hell's Army.
