Off the Ice | ON HOLD

"I hate you." He spits. Breath heavy and eyes locked on to mine, he draws closer to me. My lips part in surprise, completely taken aback by the sudden tone. As he continues closer, my back hits his desk, the hard wooden surface digging into me harshly.

Pain shoots through my body but instantly turns into pleasure. I gasp, my throat completely dry. "Why?" I quiver.

Sweat beads down my neck, the tension between the two of us heavy; suffocating us beyond relief.

Elias licks his lips and on instinct my eyes drop to them. They're close, so incredibly close that if I moved my head even just the slightest amount our lips would be touching.

"I hate how much I want you."

Rowan Hart and Elias Reed have both had an irresistible and unreasonable hatred for the other since they've met. Whilst they've been lucky in the past with not too many run-ins, what happens when all of that goes to waste when they're paired up for a project all semester long?
