Este libro cuenta como la protagonista de la historia se dio cuenta de que en este mundo vale más ser respetada que amada. Y que el amor verdadero, es algo que se da en un núcleo muy cerrado y familiar, ya que es un espacio donde las personas aceptan sus errores y se proponen cambiar para hacer felices a quienes lo rodean. 
Es un libro que habla del valor de la intuición y cómo en nuestro interior una voz nos anticipa los acontecimientos futuros y cuánta relevancia pueden tener éstos en el desenlace de nuestras historias. Deja la interrogante de si es acaso la intuición, algo que nosotros mismos la motivamos, o realmente los humanos podemos adelantarnos de alguna forma al futuro.
