Hood’s dead. She’s been dead for ten years, since the day she turned 16 visiting her grand mother; she was believed to be dead. Her body wasn’t found at the scene and seeing as all eyewitnesses were killed, no body knows what’s happened to her. But with a spring of killings starting up around Scarlett’s 26th birthday, everyone thinks that what happened to Hood might be starting up again and it’s coming for Scarlett. Who is Scarlett any way? She doesn’t talk to anyone and she doesn’t show her face to the public, instead keeping it hidden beneath a characteristic red hood that looks vaguely familiar to one: Gresham Ax.
