George is supposed to hunt dream down in the world of Minecraft while making it to the end first. When his opponent manages to complicate his journey, constantly throwing sticks and rocks in his way and stealing his stuff, he also seems to be eager enough to save the brunettes life several times. As the two of them think traveling together might be the smartest decision, they have made a big mistake.
For context:
This will be a manhunt AU all the way through the whole story. Just George and dream (like in the speed runner vs. assassin or sm vids) and George has to hunt dream down while both try to get to the end. Of course both will have difficulties thrown in their ways (eg. love) so lets see whose will to win and survive is the strongest.

Dream struggles to fight off Nightmare who is taking over him, making him hurt those he loves and kill. At first he convinces himself he's being destructive and evil for George, so that George will never be in danger and could do what he wants but it is soon made clear Dream is not the one making the decisions over his own actions. Set as if Minecraft was real with canon lives. Occasional Sapnap POV and George POV. A lot of dialogue for the first chapters was taken from several streams but after that it is made up including the story. Songs are incorporated but don't need to be listened to, to read. I don't generally write so it may not be the best story but I hope you enjoy all the same! :)Complete
