My life is basically a bullsh*t story but I thought you might wanna read it. I am the youngest and only girl of four, a pretty crappy deal right? Nah, my brothers are alright once you get past the smirks and the egos that are big enough to fill several Olympic swimming pools. By the way my name is Summer Rose. Yeah I know what you're thinking and trust me I have asked myself this question many times. Who the hell would name their kid that?

Older brothers. I have more than people could handle. I have 8 brothers. Well one is my twin, but surprise surprise he likes to make it known that he is older. Sometimes it sucks being the only girl, but I wouldn't change it for the world. My name is Alora. I am 14 years old and a freshmen in high school. People think that my family is perfect and that we have never had anything bad happen to us. We lost our mom over 9 years ago. I also had something bad happen to me, but I will get into more detail in the story. This book is just for fun. And this book is inspired by so many people, so if something seems similar tell me so I can give credit, but I would love to give a few books that inspired me to write this are "I'm a Costello," by _crazy_hooman_ , "The Storm's Return," by Cocomazza, "Our Little Moon" by nunu110383, and finally "Resilience" by liswatiii. Growing up in a large, middle-class (if not lower) family had its challenges. More than I can account for actually. I had five older sisters and two older brothers. Throw me into the mix and that's a grand total of eight children living under one roof. If my mom hadn't stopped with yours truly, we would have definitely been able to form an entire soccer team with just our family alone. I can't recall much of my childhood and exactly how I interacted with each and every one of my siblings, but I can assure you that it was nowhere near a nice walk through the park.
