Nothing has been the same for Alex Knight. Ever since his return from Paradise Island and bringing home the major prize, he's been having reoccurring nightmares about it. To take his mind off of his dreams, Alex and his girlfriend Gwen and his best friend Johnathan decide to go to an Autumn Festival in their home town a week before Halloween. Upon being there, Alex and his friends notice a booth for a Hot Wheels Competition that's on Halloween Day with a prize of $50k. Deciding to sign up, Alex can't shake the feeling of being watched. Little did they know, Paradise Island was only the beginning.
