Warriors canon divergence AU(but it happens in the very prologue so I meannnn). Mosskit dies over the watch of Mapleshade, a darkforest queen who has always wanted to raise kits of her own. Her blood-born kits were in Starclan, but this kit had no allegiances. Not yet. A kit of Oakheart's, a distant relative of her former mate, Appledusk. Mapleshade had gone wrong with the other one, Crookedstar, but this time things could be.. different.
