Summer lives in the DreamSMP, she's met a lot of people and made a lot of friends, but as she was confronting Dream, himself, she gets teleported somewhere new, the real world, she can't remember anything, not even who she is. Can she remember everything and return to the DreamSMP in time to rescue her friends? Or will she be doomed to be stuck in the real world forever?
